I have had a pretty not awesome day. The weight of the world, my disability, and dealing with health insurance was just too much. How am I supposed to give a shit about myself when:

*The entire government, most celebrities, a bunch of notable professors, and the list keeps growing are all pedophiles or are cool with hanging out with pedophiles.

*Elon Musk runs the most popular child pornography creation and distribution site on the planet.

*The Zionist entity that the news insists on calling Israel is (and has been) committing a genocide.

*ICE is murdering people in the street.

All of the above the government has said they will do nothing about, or out right support it.

There are 1000's of other atrocities happening that I don't even have the bandwidth to understand.

With all of this going on I am supposed to care about whether or not I took my meds, ate well, and had enough water!?
